Where to Eat Spot Prawns in Vancouver Now

Curated one-time dinners, tasting menus, select dishes and epic events take hold of spot prawn season in Vancouver (and we’re not complaining).

It’s no secret—spot prawn season has landed upon us, and perhaps more pertinent than ever, it’s the 20th anniversary of the Lower Mainland’s Spot Prawn Festival. So as these tasty sea creatures take over menus and events across Vancouver, we’re here to make sure you secure your tickets and reservations to the hottest crustacean dishes in town.

The first in a new dining series by Arc Restaurant’s Chef Harris Sakalis features Vancouver’s current favourite crustacean. Led by a Love of Spot Prawns kicks off his “Led by a Love of…” series with a five-course menu paying homage to spot prawns, four of which highlight the seasonal ingredient, with the main course served family style. Wine pairings are extra.
