Breaking: These Are Vancouver’s 2025 Michelin-Starred Restaurants

Who kept their star? Who is freshly inducted? Who nabbed Bib Gourmand status this year? Read on for all the Michelin Star Vancouver 2025 news.

Obviously we would like to think that the Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards are the only restaurant honours that Vancouver eaters care about. But in the off-chance you are also interested in some other judges’ opinions (judges who may or may not even live here, may we remind you) then you are still in the right place, because we managed to take a quick break tonight from our own Awards prep to pop down to the Commodore Ballroom to learn which Vancouver rooms snagged Michelin stars at this year’s ceremony.

This is the fourth year that Michelin has graced Vancouver with its presence. As with previous years, the winners overlap quite a bit with our own honourees, though there are always some surprises. Sometimes, we’re delighted to learn about an under-the-radar spot; other times, we’re peeved on behalf of our ignored faves (justice for Dynasty!); but we’re always totally-not-competitively happy for our incredible local food scene to get another moment in the spotlight.

Read on for the 2025 list of Vancouver’s Michelin winners: 12 starred restaurants, 14 Bib Gourmand, 49 recommended—a total of 75 restaurants who have reason to celebrate.

New Michelin Bib Gourmand Restaurants in Vancouver

The Michelin Guide’s definition for its Bib Gourmand titleholders are restaurants that have “great food at a great value.” With high prices across the board as of late, we know that value is subjective, but Michelin makes it clear-cut by defining the parameters: at these restaurants you can have two courses plus a glass of wine or dessert for less than $60. Here’s who’s new to the list in 2025.
