The new restaurant's sister locations are in Chilliwack and Abbotsford
We’ve got the 411 on Fraser Valley’s seafood destination Bow & Stern. The popular restaurant will be opening its first Metro Vancouver location this summer, joining its two pre-existing sister restaurants (located in Abbotsford and Chilliwack).
North Vancouver-based Humphries Construction Group is handling the design and construction of the 5,000-square foot space (see above for rendering) located in Burnaby’s Brentwood Town Centre. The restaurant will feature a 160-seat dining room plus a patio that seats 60. Upon opening you can expect happy hour and dinner service, with brunch set to come later on.
Though Bow & Stern is known for its surf—think seafood towers, platters and classic fish’n chips (it’s the same original recipe from 1988)—the restaurant features a decent turf menu too. Steak and a classic burger are menu staples, as are bar favourites like Okanagan wine and house-made cocktails.
Bow & Stern Brentwood will be located at 4567 Lougheed Hwy.
