The egg-yolk ravioli is divine, the meat preparations transformative.” “Chefs Adam Pegg and Lucais Syme have upped their game. Their take on Northern Italian food is unrivalled.” Under chef J.C. Poirier, Campagnolo (Silver) has also undergone a transformation, “slapping you upside the head with fresh flavours at a price point that keeps it real.” Chambar (Bronze) “takes the template of a Belgian brasserie, adds North African flavours with balance and intelligence, and ends up with a friendly, casual room that’s absolutely distinctive and original.” Vij’s and Boneta won Honourable Mentions.
