Here is 2020 Bartender of the Year Katie Ingram‘s bespoke cocktail, inspired by margaritas.

Incandescent

Ingredients:

1 oz Blanco tequila
1 oz Amaro Nonino
1 oz Cocchi Americano Rosa
1 oz lemon juice
2 dashes of Bittered Sling Lem-Marrakech bitters

Make it:

Hard-shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a dried rose.
