5 Things to Do if You’re Alone on Valentine’s Day

This one’s a little out there, but stay with us. The Special Valentine’s Day Gong Meditation for the Heart event is sure to be make this February 14 your most unique V-Day yet. The Bridge and Enrich Lives Society invites you to “celebrate joyously in the vibration of the gong” during a 62-minute-long guided meditation session. The reverberation of the gong is said to be immersive and to have a bath-like quality, and participants are encouraged to set new intentions and welcome positivity.
