If your dad is a sake buff (or just likes how the little cups make him feel like a giant) you’ll want to grab a couple tickets to this Farm to Bottle Sake Tasting Dinner at Ubuntu Canteen. The dinner showcases sake from Nakashima Sake Brewery, an artisan brewery that has been turning rice to wine since the 1700s. Guests get to sample a half-dozen sakes, including a special gold medal Junmai Daiginjo that is limited to ten bottles in the world. Kampai!

Seriously, though, he will love the food, live music, art exhibitions, and conspicuous lack of his ultimate foe: traffic.
