Published wins it all, and 18 other local restaurants made the list.
Hot off the press—or pan, perhaps—is the Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants list. And boy, are we proud to share that for the first time ever, a Vancouver restaurant is number one. Published on Main tops the list of the best restaurants in the country in 2022, followed closely by St. Lawrence (which came in at #3—Toronto’s Alo holds second place).
Published is one of 19 Vancouver restaurants(well, 18 Vancouver, one Richmond—as a proud Richcity native, I’ve got to point that out) sitting on the 100 Best list. Announced alongside the top 100 is the 20 best new restaurants. Both Say Mercy! and Baan Lao made that list, as well: they came in at number 13 and 14, respectively.
Here’s all the metro Vancouver restaurants that made the 100 Best list—plus their neighbourhood and contact info, because you can bet those resos are going to be snatched up.
