Whether on the track or the road, ICE or EV, Audi has always engineered to push the limits of performance, while staying true to their legacy and leading the future of premium mobility.
2025 marks a bold new chapter for Audi, powered by an unparalleled driving experience that melds blistering performance with game-changing innovation. This year, offering the best of EV and ICE, a highly anticipated dynamic collection of new and redesigned models blasts Audi into the future, giving every driver the excitement of next-gen technology while reveling in the confidence of Audi’s rich motorsport heritage.
The Canadian International Autoshow was the location for the grand reveal of the Audi next-generation lineup. Ten Audi models were introduced at the Autoshow, an unmissable showcase of both new and redesigned models (SQ6 e-tron, Q6 e-tron, S6 e-tron, all-new Q5, and A5, the RS 6 Avant GT, RS 3, R8 GT Performance, RS Q8 Performance, and the RS e-tron GT Performance). In a premium and befitting style, Audi introduced guests to the models at the “Audi Haus” a structural edifice designed by renowned Canadian Architect Omar Gandhi. The showcase also had thought leaders across culture, sport, and automotive, providing a behind-the-scenes look at the future of Audi and the journey to get here.
Over ten days, Audi showcased revolutionary innovations in the 2025 Audi Q6 e-tron, A6 e-tron, and all-new A5 and Q5 families—raising the bar on electrified and combustion favorites, with new twists on classic Audi DNA. New in the Audi Sport lineup is the RS e-tron GT performance, the most powerful Audi ever built, the model that reaffirms the brand’s undisputed position as a leader in sport performance and innovation. Audi Haus also thrilled Canadians by welcoming the return of the RS 3, which, along with the redesigned RS Q8 Performance, delivers exhilarating, record-breaking performance.
Here’s a closer look at everything Audi brought to the AutoShow and the new features drivers can look forward to in 2025.
The all-new SQ5 brings forward the ultimate combination of style, strength and interior intelligence. Forget everything you think you know about compact luxury SUVs because this model redefines the class with a sleek redesign and next-generation Premium Platform Combustion (PPC). PPC architecture uses the latest combustion technology, including turbochargers and modified Miller cycle combustion to maximize performance in a turbocharged V6. A sleek, progressive exterior design and impressive interior tech take the SQ5 to the next level.
The Q6 e-tron kicks off a whole new era for electric performance while delivering everything Audi fans love about the brand’s signature combustion SUV. The newly developed Premium Platform Electric (PPE), teamed up with Audi’s powerful and legendary e-quattro system, pushes the boundaries of what an e-tron is capable of in range, efficiency and charging capability.
The same technology is taking the sedan class by storm with the all-new, all-electric A6 e-tron and its sporty variant, the S6 e-tron. Also PPE-powered, this new sedan has a sleek, low shape that conjures visions of a jet plane, representing the most aerodynamic Audi ever built.
Not ready for an all-electric? Audi has you covered with the all-new A5, which embodies the sporty essence of Audi’s design philosophy while delivering dynamic driving pleasure. Lean into a sophisticated and exhilarating experience with a spacious new cabin, digitalized interior and sleek and unmistakable styling that takes a quantum leap in luxury and design. A sweeping roof, flush door handles, and larger dimensions balance aggressive athletics and innovative luxury to create an evolved A5 experience.
Canadians rejoice: Audi has reintroduced the RS 3 back to the market, and it is ready to deliver thrills on both the road and the track. Holding the record for the quickest lap time at the Nürburgring, the RS 3 is the fastest Audi in the compact class. It sets a new benchmark for compact performance with unparalleled precision, agility and adrenaline-pumping excitement.
The RS Q8 performance holds the lap record for the mid-size performance SUV class at the Nürburgring, producing 631 horsepower. The most powerful internal combustion engine ever found in an RS vehicle offers unmatched performance and a luxurious design that sets benchmark in the high-performance SUV segment and defies expectations.
Audi’s RS e-tron Performance is where the magic of EV and high performance live. Boasting 912 horsepower output, this model delivers eye-watering acceleration, dynamic handling and zero-emissions in the fastest electric performance Audi there is. Add a push to boost button to push the horsepower to neck-breaking speeds for 10 seconds combining thrilling acceleration, agile handling and luxury with all the sustainability of an electric powertrain.
