The annual festival, which draws hundreds of thousands of people each year, invites visitors on a self-guided tour through the tulip fields of RoozenGaarde/Washington Bulb Co. and Tulip Town just as the stunning crops are expected to be in bloom.Next up is the Seattle Cherry Blossom & Japanese Cultural Festival running from April 24 to 26. The three-day event, designed to educate on Japan’s rich heritage through various programs, performances and activities, honours the beautiful sakura cherry blossom tree.The region’s final spring event takes place at Lynnwood’s own Convention Centre from May 6 to 7. The Spring Green Art Festival includes free garden seminars hosted by renowned speakers, handmade nature-themed art and the opportunity to spruce up your own garden with arrangements from numerous participating nurseries.Home to the acclaimed Olympus Spa, Alderwood Mall and all sorts of esteemed outdoor trails, a quick getaway to Lynnwood could be just the spring refresher you need.
