Fresh off of earning Wildlight a Wine Spectator award, Wine Director Michael Cooke welcomes the celebrated BC wineries La Stella and Le Vieux Pin and their Managing Partner & Viticulturalist Severine Pinte, for an exclusive one-night-only winemaker’s dinner.
Wildlight’s own Chef Warren Chow, recipient of the 2023 Vancouver MICHELIN Guide Young Chef Award, and our stellar kitchen team will be serving up a delicious five-course menu, all served family-style in a communal longtable setting, highlighted by Chef Warren’s famous Tomahawk Steak.
