Make This Thai Basil Smash Cocktail From Kin Kao Song

A little taste of spring to sip this long weekend.

For a sweet escape over ice, transport yourself to the breezy beaches of Southeast Asia with this basil-infused lime libation from Kin Kao Song. Spectacularly neon green, it balances the tang of the lime with mild, peppery basil for a cocktail that’s bright and not too sweet. Think of it as your passport to a moment of bliss.

Thai Basil Smash
Makes one glass
5 to 6 Thai basil leaves
1½ oz gin of your choice
1 oz lime juice
¾ oz palm syrup or simple syrup
Ice

METHOD
1. 
Muddle 3 to 4 Thai basil leaves in a shaker.
2. 
Add remaining ingredients to shaker and fill with ice. Shake for 10 seconds.
3. 
Strain into an ice-filled glass of your choice and serve.
