Organized by neighbourhood, for your consideration.
The City of Vancouver just announced which parks you can (legally) crack open a cold one in this summer. Over 50 parks and beaches made the cut—but while some allow alcohol year-round, others are only approved for the months of July and August. And the beaches are booze-approved from June to the beginning of September.
Let’s not get bogged down in the details: here’s a list of every Vancouver park (and beach) you can drink at this summer. It’s organized by neighbourhood, so you know where you can sip a Malbec in Mount Pleasant and where you can slam a kölsch in Kerrisdale.
We used the City of Vancouver’s website to assign neighbourhoods, so please address your strongly-worded boundary-related emails to them. Cheers.
