The annual fundraiser for the Greater Vancouver Food Bank returns: get a ticket, enjoy music and food and support a worthy cause.
Consider your Sunday activities planned on June 18: the Foodstock Festival is back for a second edition. This fundraiser-slash-summer festival had a successful first run last year, and its 2.0 version is here with a bigger and better experience with all things local: live music, food, drinks and party games.
This summer festival is a 19+ fundraising event for the Greater Vancouver Food Bank (GVFB) and will be held at the Swangard Stadium in Burnaby. Last year, Foodstock focused on garnering awareness and donated all ticket proceeds to the GVFB. This year, they are upping their game—and not only ticket proceeds, but also 50% of all beverage sales and 10% of all food and marketplace sales will be donated.
So, to be a part of this fun-filled festival and give back—all you’ve got to do is get a ticket priced at $30 plus taxes (and it comes with one included alcoholic beverage of choice!).
Here’s the lowdown of what you’ll find at Foodstock 2023:
