Beloved Vancouver bar Trans Am may have done its final parking lot donut, but that doesn’t mean we don’t find ourselves looking back fondly at the place (and keep our fingers crossed for owner Gianmarco Colannino’s next venture). In the interim we will shake (or stir) up this cocktail recipe he shared with us last spring.

2 oz Rittenhouse Rye ½ oz Punt e Mes ½ oz Maraschino
Combine ingredients in mixing glass, stir and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
