The 90-Minute Guide to Being a Wine Pro will cover a range of topics for both connoisseurs and those new to the wine-drinking scene.McLennan will walk you through the terminology (ever wondered what it means when wines are described as oaky, balanced, or steely?), help you to navigate tricky restaurant wine lists, and share some tips-and-tricks about how to pair your vintage bottles with canapés and desserts—both of which will be served at the event.
