Lululemon Flagship Store Opening

August 21, 2014

While Lululemon may have perfected the art of making backsides look good in yoga pants, they create art on other body parts too. To wit: the new limited-edition graphic tops by local artist Colin Moore where five images pay homage to eclectic neighbourhoods in Vancouver and the cycling culture that links them. From East Van/The Fixie ("this bike is cooler than you are") to the North Shore/ The Shredder ("this bike is dirtier than you are") to the West End/ The Commuter ("Why drive when you can ride?"), all racerback tanks ($42) and Five-Year Ts ($54) can be scooped at the new Robson flagship, which opens today (but once they're gone, they're gone).

Other events to mark the store's opening include the Coastal Om party, a free 500-person sunset yoga class right on Robson Street tonight. Post-class, head in-store to check out The Joinery, a new small-batch pilot project where men can pick out their fave shell and liner to create made-to-measure shorts tailored on-site (in 10 minutes!).
