Twisted Fork’s owners, who ran The Wood in Fernie, admit a fondness for cream and butter. Start with duck breast. Move on to mussels steamed in a herbed cream broth that begs to be sopped up using the accompanying fries. Richly sauced and seasonal mains are all around $20.
