This hotel dining room is one of the prettiest in townÑits all-white palette lends drama and pomp to a meal here. The menu flits about the Pacific Rim, but the focus is local, sustainable seafood. The prices are not cheap, but quite reasonable given the setting and the lovely service. An excellent sake menu and a well-chosen (if expensive) wine list cover everything the deep-pocketed could want to imbibe. The Lobby Lounge Terrace now features an elegant raw bar where coiffed ladies sip champagne and nibble at seafood towers, sushi rolls, and sashimi bowls.
