Tucked away in a nondescript mini-mall, Koon Bo is a favourite with large families. Chicken salad is a textural wonder of hand-shredded chicken, housemade pickles, sesame-dressed jellyfish, and crispy wonton skins. The housemade pickles make another appearance stir-fried with beef and young ginger. The roasted squab is one of the best you’ll ever bite.
