CULINARY CAPERS CATERING
Since 1986, chef Margeret Chisolm and her crew have been the go-to team for high-class events. EMELLE'S CATERING

MAJOR THE GOURMET
Signature dishes include the citrus and herb-crusted sable fish: a saffron/spinach risotto cake, topped with caramelized white and orange baby carrots and green haricot vert.
