From lattes to cookies, and even straight from the carton, eggnog is a holiday fave. Here’s a great (southern) way to drink it in a cocktail and get in full Christmas mood.

2 Oz Eggnog

Four Drops Creole Bitters

1 Dash Bourbon Vanilla Extract

Grated Nutmeg

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add Southern Comfort, Amarula, Eggnog, Creole Bitters, and Vanilla Extract.

Stir and then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Grate lemon and nutmet over the cocktail and garnish with star anise.
