The Condo: It’s like finding a unicorn in this crazy market: a three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse 15 minutes from downtown, under a million dollars. Perfect for a young family, with three ‘real’ bedrooms, this bright and modern home checks all the boxes. It has an open floor plan, sleek kitchen with gas range, spacious living-dining area, maple hardwood floors, and large back patio off the main level.
